The Genesee Valley Hunt Races are like no other event in our area. What began over 125 years ago as a grand day of picnicking with friends and neighbors has evolved into a multi-faceted day of fun for young and old alike. It’s a day that combines tradition, community and family all in a beautiful outdoor setting on conserved farmland in the Genesee Valley. Tailgating remains a huge part of the day and it’s still the only event in the state where spectators can watch sanctioned steeplechase races over timber jumps!

Hospitality Tent Sponsorships

Two locations will be offered this year: either in the center of the event’s activity or along the racecourse fence on the south end of the homestretch.

Platinum Course-side Hospitality Tent – $5,000

This exclusive package includes one of only two premium private tent locations beside the race course with a front row view of the homestretch! Package includes your own 20×30 tent with tables and chairs, 50 general admission tickets, 8 VIP parking passes, tent side parking for one host vehicle, and one catering vehicle, 20 official programs, a full page in the Official Program, your logo posted on the Judge’s Stand, sponsor listing on the website, and two sponsor hats allowing admission to the owner training/viewing stand.
